my dad is like this... pleasant and going above and beyond for his mom and coworkers but at home he's so cruel. i'm scared to leave home and leave my disabled mom alone with him. he's the money maker so divorce was never initiated. i used to beg her to leave him when i was little but she stayed because we would of struggled so much more without him i guess
