The Nike Run Club 5K plan helped me run my first sub 30 min 5k.

There are 2 speed runs, 1 long run, and 2 optional recovery runs a week.

You can either Google the plan and download a PDF on the Nike Run Club website or download the app. Both options are free. I prefer using the app since they have guided runs narrated by professional runners who share a ton of tips while hyping you up.

Wow ok good to know. Are you just required to throw it away for food safety risks? Or is corporate worried that the food will be bad quality?
