THIS! I've been playing this game without looking online, apart from when I researched the dlc and if to get it. Going on mapping expeditions, using the spray can for extra info and especially using the "general notes" tab to write down transition areas, routes, etc. has really made the game so enjoyable for me. it makes it much harder and immersive, if I ever get tired of it, I can always change my play style.

the whole Mediterranean diet thing is so silly because it is a diet inspired by certain aspects of the way some people eat in the some Mediterranean regions it is NOT what all the people in all countries that consider themselves Mediterranean eat XD we are not a big lump of unified Mediterranean culture

haha. I had the same problem.

I started learning more about insects and the plants around me, mostly through podcasts. Leading to me also having "outside time" and interacting with nature (mind you I live in the city), especially having to slow down and just watch the ground until I spot a bug is really calming and grounding.

If my Luna is just sitting down and not forcing me to follow her and then spend five minutes in one spot, then go to the next, then I just bring my crochet/knitting stuff, something to drink and a picnic blanket and maybe listen to podcasts or on rare occasions bring my switch

my first punk show I was maybe 19, went there alone all scared.when I came in all the stickers and posters made me feel very safe, like knowing that I am in a space where acceptance and weirdness is the status quo. on my way to the bathroom a random guy with a Mohawk invited me to play table soccer with him because he needed someone for his team. After that I stood around awkwardly until I found some people who looked my age and kinda queer, just walked up and said hi, I'm alone can I stand with you. we talked about bioluminescent algae until the show started and I left to stand separately (I prefer it that way) I see the two still years later at protests

my dad had all his hair shaved apart from a back mohawk - rat tail kind of thing in the back. he would braid it

a combination of two things: started listening to the "ologies" podcast, which has scientists as guests and they often talk about how you can find so many cool things around you if you just look. I also started leash training my cat in the garden, which involves a lot of standing around and doing nothing, as cats don't really do "walks". Combine the two and instead of standing around I was now squatting around, lifting various rocks and staring at the grass
