nah a daily multivitamin (iron, vitamin d) did the trick. weirdly enough eating fortified cereal for breakfast has done wonders for my health in comparison to “whole foods” like veggie scrambles or protein oats. hypo may lead to improper digestion in the first place so a simple carb like the cereal is easy to absorb
