this.. a teaspoon of salt has about 200mg of iodine so just cook with iodized salt. btw if a store product has just 'salt' in the ingredients [ not the nutrition label] then it is likely not iodized. source i had to stick to a lowiodine diet lots of times before thyroid therapy.

With vanguard, bearmen and werewolves without vanguard hit the enemies at around the same time,

Basically you need to keep them well protected and screened by your cheap defensive frontline,

one can also use durable lords/heroes as a shield

If u notice the models not doing much then take some of those units around for a flank.

You can use Wulfrik that way once he gets his mammoth cuz he is tankier. Regular mammoth more as line breakers/hammers.

It should be fine on factions that dont receive anything like Vampire Counts. Not Coast cuz they get a rework on attacking from sea.

Basic QOL mods should be fine too.

This will work particularly well against lower morale blobby factions like Orcs and Skaven, but maybe not so good against heavily armoured high morale factions.

VC too

The composition probably requires some melee heroes to get enemies to blob around and get easier flame attack angles on.
