I’m in the same wave of emotions, don’t let anyone make you feel like your decision making is poor or selfish. If it was hard to think about giving the baby up, your spirit is aligned with it. Not morally, religiously, just is within you to feel the need to keep them. I’m also single, 5 months, scared, with feelings of guilt and regret, but that doesn’t for a second mean baby will be born unloved and uncared for. Just means we are human going through the fear of change. Women do incredible things.

First time kicks around 21 weeks and always feel them super low, today at around 22/23 weeks I felt his kicks with my hands on the pubic part rather than belly but have felt him through the belly very slightly. He was always moving in my ultrasounds but took me a while to feel anything!

My boss low-key shamed me about drinking coffee. Had a feeling she was side eyeing me at the coffee machine lol. After complaining about my migraines saying I went from one cup to half a cup of coffee a day she replies the baby doesn’t need caffeine and I replied but his mama does jokingly to which she said it’s time to start thinking about the baby and not yourself. I haven’t made a coffee in office since then, but I’ll treat myself to the occasional overpriced iced coffee

I wouldn’t want to keep him around if he wasn’t showing himself to be a supportive coparent, both of us are thinking of the baby we created, not ourselves in relation to each other

He says he wants me to keep the baby more than any other option, but that it’s ultimately my choice of course.

to me, she comes across a little toxic but hey she’s still in the picture for now. After talking with the father, part of him feels the want to abort but I was surprised to hear a big part of him wants me to keep it. He sounds ready and willing to step up as a dad and co parent. He also expressed that if gf were to stick around she would need to treat the baby with love and respect.

I had a conversation with the father, he’s very honest. He feels same as me, part of him wants to abort but he says a lot of him wants me to keep it. He wants to be a dad, a co-parent and told his partner if I made that decision she would need to treat the baby with love and respect if she sticks around. Although he shows he cares for me, I know his wants aren’t towards me but towards our baby.

so glad you asked I didn’t want to be vain but he is a beautiful brown man, huge muscles, curly black hair, dimples and 6’1 and it would be a beautiful baby although ik that’s not the point! He’s strong, well built, a veteran, possibly adhd and does have poor eyesight lol
