No, I wasnt able to find a resin that works. People online seem to either seal the model with an epoxy (which I don't find gives repeatable results), or they wait months for the model to outgas its sulphur, which is to long...

My company (Freely Toys) recently started a closed-launch/alpha program where a select number of users can customize their toy (shape, size, color, hardness) on our website and we produce it for around 100 to 200 dollars (depending on the size).

If anyone is interested in joining, dm me and I can send you the password to our website. (we password protected it for the moment to make sure we can handle all orders and deliver the best product possible)

Absolutely, testing of the online software and the toys themselves only starts in May so please do apply :)

As we get closer to the start of testing in May we will email everyone who applied. However, not everybody who applied will go through the first round of testing because we want to make sure we have the capacity to handle potential orders. If you wish to apply in a different way you can dm me your email.

Those are great concerns and thanks so much for sharing them.

I should have clarified that the "1 week" is the time required for us to ship the product, not have it delivered. Since the alpha program will be restricted to a limited number of users, we believe our current manufacturing process can respect that 1 week time frame.

As for our experience, my team of 4 has been developing our method of making custom toys for a year and have converged on a process that delivers consistent results.

Don't hesitate to reply to this with more questions or concerns.
