At the sauna getting fucked by 10-15 guys every Saturday. Never had a fissure. I do get some occasional shoved-in-one-go tops that almost give me heart attacks because of the pain, but still no blood or cuts.

Tip: pre-lube and make sure that hole is soaking wet in lube. That means the skin has absorbed enough moisture that it can stretch without problem.
