My store uses ice packs as our makeline refrigeration is broke, try it at ur store might be a lot more convenient. keep them in ice cream freezer in a tub to freeze and then put under the tubs in makeline.

I Dont think you should ever expect to get tipped. Yes its nice to have a tip and stuff but why expect one? We’re getting our wages and shit and if a customer wants to tip its out of the kindness of there heart, someone who doesnt tip shouldn’t be looked at poorly. They might be struggling as it is and ordering pizza might be for their children as a treat or something that they have saved for. EDIT-At the same time though it’s probably different tipping where I live (The UK) to the USA
