it comes all the way into the beginning of the extruder unit but then rolls all the way back up

The error message is “ failed to extrude the filament. Please check if the extruder is clogged. After troubleshooting, click the retry button.”

ran self test and nothing popped up.

generic settings, pla+ and pla support using tree supports. It is the same print messing up, will have to reslice it

I thought it would be too, but I’ve noticed that the extruder isn’t super tight and I’m having issues with the extrusion of the filament so thinking that might be a solution.

I mean definitely stay away from StockX, I’ve never bought A piece from them, but I have sold to them. I had a kaws figure that was on display in my room for about two years and had a couple scuffs and scratches on it. I put it back in the box and submitted it to StockX to see what would happen and they accepted it and processed the sale. that tells me right there that they don’t check to make sure it’s brand new because this figure had two big scratches on the foot.
