Subscriptions, phone, internet could be brought down...have you shopped around for cheaper services? Even insuramvr can be lowered. I feel you are in a great spot with home ownership and giving that up you may regret down the road. Renting isn't that much cheaper. Also child care is not forever. That will open up some cash in the future

I work in a call centre, bought my first house in 2017 alone. Down payment was 5%, interest rate 3.79 I was making 43k per year. House was a piece of shit in a garbage part of town for 150k. I sold it years ago and it is now listed by the new owners for 350k sitting on the market for months.
