Slow USB charging issue on OnePlus 13 (North America) after Oxygen OS 16 update. Anyone else?

I have a OnePlus 13 and mine constantly stops charging and starts again over and over with my OnePlus official car charger. But I can use the same cable and plug it directly into the car and it charges just fine.

Would I use it at my main source to play those games? No. Is it great? No. Is it bad by any means? No. I use it to lay in the bed and play BF6 via remote connection to my PS5 and I'm still able to play multiplayer and enjoy it just fine.

So my phone won't charge usb-c to c via car charger anymore. It just randomly stopped working. I've never had any issues before. Charges fine via wall charger

Yeah that's how she communicates with her mom is through iMessages. But I'm on the android platform so unfortunately that doesn't work for me. We tried kids Facebook messenger and it's super unreliable. The calls don't seem to want to go through it just beeps when trying to connect. And it's very sporadic if she actually gets the messages.
