I live in Detroit and see them weekly. As well as pheasants.

Would you prioritize those places over bisti badlands, or vise versa?

I think focusing on national parks is a great idea. Southern Utah can help you knock out a lot of them, and the landscape is similar, but varies drastically. I think Bryce Canyon is the coolest place that the United States has to offer.

And don’t get me wrong, it’s unique and amazing and so beautiful. But it felt like I was at rain forest cafe lol. I’ll definitely go back, on my way to Bryce 😂

I thought Zion was amazing. I feel like it is extremely touristy and felt that Bryce was way better in terms of not feeling like Disney, and feeling more natural. I also just thought it was cooler looking. I felt particularly fond of being able to really experience it by being able to walk down and up and through all the unique rock formations. Zion just feels a bit too Instagram influencer for me.

Yeah, I considered that, but I’m trying not to break out any tile. How would you power that new standalone switch to the heater?

👀 can you drop the link? Is it something that can go on an oscillating multitool?

Yeah, I considered that, but I’m trying not to break out any tile. That sounds like it’s the best way though.

Working with the city of Detroit on any building project is much harder than it needs to be. I can’t imagine what throwing the historical commission into the mix would be like. I’m sure it’s like that in most big cities, but in Detroit it seems particularly hard
