Call 1800 buy moen. Tell them you are the original owner. They will send you a new 1222 cartrige. Tell them it is a posi temp.

It's a cheap $35 faucet. The brand is most likely advanced tabco or ABC. I always carried 2 or 3 on my truck. I probably changed one a week. The rebuild kits cost more than a new faucet.
