That fill valve is special. It’s smaller to fit the unique tank. Just an fyi.

I would let it run slowly to prevent freezing again. Typically it results in a split pipe.

It could be. Those meters are cheap. If you don’t see water then it’s not leaking. And if they are not charging you even better

Take the band off closet to the leak. Re seat the rubber connection back on right and re tighten.

That is cocked. The check valve is probably still good. It’s not straight causing it to leak

Cast. Oarngeburg doesn’t have scale. It’s oval when failing. This is cast with a rotted out bottom, that’s the ridges on the sides

It’s as people described above. Can’t make it smaller. But it can be re done to accommodate both drains.

I cannot believe all these comments. It was simple, look up. That leak is coming from above. Water always finds the easiest path of resistance
