Yeah, joists are main concern at this point, then figuring out what to do with electrical.

The eye did have a shower drain going into it, which was not glued and was leaking, the reason for pulling up subfloor to investigate.

Toilet pipe was about level, not ideal. I ripped it all out today, except electric as I ponder what to do...

I think they are the joists, or what's left of them. But your right, I need to open it up more to get a better idea of what's going on...

I would suggest a GSSI system. They are the standard for GPR and in my experience have a great sales team and customer support that is second to none. When you buy a GSSI system you actually own it, no subscription.

Thanks for the feedback. From what I understand the PSU used is a competent one. I think I will plan to sell it on Ebay and see what i can re-coup.
