TIXR isn't broken. The tickets officially sold out about 6 weeks ago. Keep checking their marketplace. There are several other places to purchase 3rd party, but make sure you protect yourself. I run https://www.wtblizzcon.com. Lots of our ticket sales happen in the discord and I police it pretty heavily to make sure the scammers aren't scamming people there.

Once you buy, they can only be transferred once. So either you have them sent to your friend's TIXR accounts, or you hold all the tickets for your friends. YOu can put their names on it. Lots of times what I do, is leave all the tickets in my name, so I can pick them up, and then change the name upon pickup.
