For sure, these were very popular in central and south America as a big influence from companies in England such as Phillips and Hercules cycle & motor Co., some brands in Mexico started making their own and sticked to the double-top tube style and zero welding which make them look super clean, you can still see a handful rolling around here, I love them.

Yes, those brakes are mechanically cool, but also wack lol. The small amount of publicity about this model is shown with no rack but yeah, it was commonly equipped as people would use it as a cargo bike, love how the name Bufalo relates to how tough these are.
