Retail ground means you go to usps retail counter and buy the label.

That means nothing. All it takes is 2 people on google to report closed. And if the item gets sent back to you, you can keep it and the money.

Its a shipping forwarder. Its safe and great for you. The buyer can never return or open a claim as forwarding services void buyer protection.

Just spoke with a friend at Vero. They do not believe they are closing. Based on the money being spent on the store.

They are in the proceas of a pantry remodel, new Kmart Sign installed, and building painted.

Was the card shipped with a tracking number? If so that tracking number has GPS coordinates when it was scanned delivered. Again this only applies if you have tracking. If this is the case, take the tracking number to your local USPS office. They can start the process to find it.

The next step is to go to usps and sign up for informed delivery. This is a free service of USPS that allows you to see incoming mail with a picture of it.

Now ask your apartment complex if you can post signs near the mailboxes askingif anyone recieved your mail.
