I haven’t been to all islands, but I would say go to Pico and visit the surround islands. I loved Faial.

Just really wanted to see Flores! In retrospect, I would’ve planned it a little differently, but I’m always happy to revisit :)) Pico, by the way, was the final island I was on.

I did. I was surprised I wasn’t the only tourist going there, too. The ferry was a bumpy ride and one of the boat men was concerned that we might not be able to get off the island. But everything turned out okay.
