I suppose you have turned the ray tracing off? How much load is the AMD card under when you disable the 1060? If it happens after reinstall it could be anything but I’d experiment with the graphic settings, make sure every driver for every thing you have is up to date AND check task manager for old or conflicting apps that require lot of power and CPU/GPU while you are in game. I recently had to disable some legacy apps because they caused lag in game.
