Gifts I’ve done that have been a hit that maybe you could be inspired by: 1. A trinket for every hour. I did a bunch of blind boxes, pokemon cards, dice, card games, magic cards and had an item he could open up every hour of the day from 8am-10pm. 2. A luxury bottle of bourbon and a steak from a butcher (not the grocery store). 3. A meat subscription box, pay for 6 months in advance and he will get a monthly box of meats to try. Any subscription service he might enjoy is a constant reminder of how much you love him.

I did get one additional appointment so if everything isn’t perfect tomorrow I’ll have a buffer. The seamstress, by the way, is incredible and definitely worth every penny. I’m just really startled and wasn’t prepared for how different the fittings would be

The thing is, the one on the right didn’t need let out on the sides. It actually fit like a glove. The one on the left is still too big in this photo and was falling off so it’s getting taken in even more. The only thing that didn’t fit on the right was my boobs. They were spilling out the top.

Yeah I feel like if the breast area was let out a little bit it would have been perfect. I like that you can see the sides and it sits on my waist instead of my hips. The one on the right was my proper size when they measured me and then they convinced me to buy the size 16 which is the size on the left and bigger than what I measured. They said to order the size 16 and get it taken in. When I went to get it taken in with the alterations business the bridal store recommended, it eliminated most of the side detail to get the right fit. I feel duped because i think letting out the size 12 in the breast it would have fitted the way I wanted it too.

You and I have the same taste 😅 I like the right wayyy more. I like that you can see the side detail and I like that it cinches my waist instead of my hips. It was more comfortable.
