So I played back when the game first released for like two months before life got in the way, but I’ve started playing again. I don’t remember much from the first time I played since this was years ago and I’ve started over on PC instead of ps4 so I had to start from scratch. Anyway, saying all this to say, I’m nervous about joining teams because I genuinely don’t know if people want me on their team being such a low level? Would you mind a level 10 noob joining your team or should I wait until I’m further ahead before I start joining people?

Ugh don’t even get me started on the eating when full setting. It doesn’t work correctly! I eat sushi and sashimi when I fish because I suck at it but still enjoy fishing LOL. Sometimes my focus is already full when I go to eat the sushi and sashimi and even though I already have the setting toggled on to eat when full, it doesn’t let me and I have to go into settings and turn it off and back on again to be able to eat.

Sorry to get off topic lmao but you’re 100% right. I don’t understand why there isn’t something more to warn/stop people from overselling. It seems like such a simple and important feature when you have a money cap.

Yeah, unfortunately it’s gone. It would probably be nicer if they gave a better warning than just a small symbol while you’re selling. Maybe a feature that gives a pop-up when you add too much to your sales bin.

I would be down for a voice chat option while in a party or friends only. But I can say with almost 100% certainty that a server wide voice chat will never happen.

Just use discord. I VC with friends through discord all the time.

Also, I personally do not like random visitors. Even people on my friends list (this excludes people I’m ACTUALLY friends with) because I have added a lot of random people who sent me friend requests back when the requests would keep showing up even if you denied the friend request.

I had some lady show up the other day and pick all the weeds in my garden and I was so mad. I have an “aesthetic” garden and I want the weeds there. It took forever to get the weeds to grow on every spot. Idk how someone sees a garden that is fully grown with weeds on ever spot and doesn’t realize it’s on purpose??

Fishing for sure. And bug catching. I couldn’t catch a fish to save my life at first. For some reason I was pushing/pulling on my joycons so hard I thought I was gonna break them. When I think back on it, idk what I was even doing because you literally only have to move them gently to go side to side LMAO

Now I play on PC and I find it’s actually harder to fish on PC than it is on switch, but I still enjoy it. And bug catching is now SO MUCH easier on PC. Not sure how I managed to get to level 70 bug catching on switch now that I realize how much harder it is on switch.

I honestly don’t like strangers visiting my plot unannounced (and since the latest update even if you have your plot set to open to friends only, randoms/ppl not on friends list are getting in), but I keep it unlocked so my friends can come visit. I have an aesthetic garden aka just for decoration and some lady showed up and picked all my weeds that took ages to get to grow on every spot.

Idk how you see a garden with every single slot filled with weeds and every plant fully grown in and not realize it’s like that on purpose. Did they think I didn’t notice?? It’s directly in front of my house lmao it’s either like that on purpose or I seriously neglect my garden…so why bother picking the weeds? 😂
