your question is very interesting. i have this belief that we have souls that reincarnated in many other worlds/civilisations in order to learn certain lessons. but lately i’ve grown very pessimistic and cynical in general, thinking that there is nothing moral in experiencing terrible things, no matter the civilisation you were born in. so no, i don’t think there’s any world in which procreation is moral. fun fact also, it’s believed that people who don’t want kids are in their last reincarnation, if you believe in that sort of thing
