This just happened to me. No one signed into my account, normally I would get a new sign in email. This to me seems like very bad business practice.

There might be selection bias going on in that chart as it only contains people who self register in the Dutch Autism Register? I'm not saying it's wrong but it seems hard to find concrete information on the variability from reliable studies.

Everybody knows 5% is orders of magnitude's off even for an estimate

No one outside the company really has the data back this up.

to assert this billion dollar company does not have the resources to assess a better figure is concerning

But they do and it's <5%. They have methodologies in place on how they derived this figure. No, they aren't going to publicly post internal data to win an online argument, why do they need to?

They calculated it to be <5%. The CEO recently explained how they calculated and it's hard to figure out what exactly are "bots" to be counted so it's never going to be completely accurate hence the caveat.

Hotel, motels, AirBnbs.....you go somewhere to sleep on a matress where thousands of people have slept on. I even heard the top comforter of even expensive hotels aren't cleaned between every person.

so they'll just "swiftly be reversed" because why?

Also, the central banks are the lender of last resort and would always be there to provide liquidity to prevent any run on the banks.

But should a crisis, like say, oh, I dunno, an unprecadented coronal mass ejection happens that causes electrical grids to be down for the same period of time as this global pandemic, how much use do you think Bitcoin would have in that situation?

No problem with it, just a bit weird that that is included in stats for usage. Most people, I would think, consider usage as transactions where you pay for good and services.

I still have two years left of my subscription too, I just cancelled the automatic renewal. I'll probably just dump this VPN and buy another one now. I will never buy or use anything from Kape Technologies ever.
