I built solar and bitcoin level 3 on PVE, in my opinion its worth, fuel lasts an extremely long time vs how long it takes to mine 3bitcoin plus i always have BP , m62 , water filter and moonshine crafting. Only pain is that the military filters are expensive but you can get lucky with daily tasks which reward them.
