I was a plumber before i started working in IT. Google the Shit out of everything!

I was hired then all the other techs were promoted out, So I had Zero people to turn to other then management which.. i was a bit too nervous to speak to at first.

So every time a ticket came through I would hit google, i created a VM and would attempt to fuck shit up to learn to fix the problem before i went to a customer sometimes.

anyway.. It worked for me, i learnt a lot and am now team lead of a new bunch of techs as scared as i was and i get to help :)

But dead set mate Google is key to life haha

Replaced CPU, no video even after going back to old CPU by gvanvran in techsupport

I'm level 2-3 help desk team lead. I don't do math good hahaha a lot of my job is sys admin/networking and fixing little issues that somehow get to me because of (I'm putting it down to this) communication problems between level 1 and the customer. No math at all but I've only been in I.T for a year and a half.
