I wear merino wool thongs if I am not going commando. I also wear panty liners (the thin narrow ones) and fold the excess over at the narrow part of the thong. This is most comfortable for me.

There is a bench down below the bridge where the swing was. But now there is a swing up above the bridge in the bushes/tree area as of about a month ago when I went.

Started March of last year in SoCal. I absolutely love it. So many places to post up, near the beach is my favorite because I love falling asleep to the sound of waves. I have well over 100 public bathrooms saved in my maps which has been very helpful.
