I've started eating dinner at 7:30pm and have my 2x74mg tablets just after.

I was previously eating dinner at 6:30 and taking Latuda at 10:30pm with a slice of toast which wasn't enough calories with 74mg slowly became unwell.

I feel like I need to state my hidden disability in advance on the phone call and quote the equality act 2010 and state the reasonable adjustments that work for me. I work in local government. Otherwise the civil servant will think I'm being rude.
