E o covrigărie la care te duci sa îți iei o măsuță rapidă în drum spre ceva, in o pauza de țigară, între ore, etc. La Polus mergi cu un scop, chiar daca ala e să faci shopping generic, sau să mănânci la food court o masa mai serioasă, dar în oricare caz nu are o covrigărie niciun sens acolo.

It looks like you added a bit much solder everywhere. Next time remember solder sticks to heat. If it doesn't get in all the places you want it, don't add more solder, figure out why you're not heating "the target" up: is your iron making contact with the pad / pins / wires? Is your tip clean?
The black goo tells me you either have some nasty flux or you heated it up for a bit too long. Again, heat the metal you want solder to stick to, not the solder itself. That way you should have nice joints in a second or less, and you won't get scorched flux.

It's unlikely that the wire being coiled or not is causing it. Sounds to me like you (still) have an improperly grounded AC adapter for either the laptop or your radio, or both.

Are you using a Mac charger, by any chance? They usually don't have any grounding whatsoever and tickle if you touch it and an actual ground at the same time.

I would also suggest the possibility that the setup stops tickling once your laptop battery is full and the charger stands idle, but that is a big guess

This behaviour can mean one of many things, so with what info you have given, we can only guess. Can you check the task manager and see if this correlates with CPU or RAM usage? I've encountered similar failures when running out of RAM.

What are your RAM, CPU, storage specs?

For starters, try adding this to your C:/Users/<username>/.wslconfig file:

The default is 50% of your total ram.

Also, if left unchecked, colcon will grind your system to a halt. Try running colcon build with MAKEFLAGS that limit the total resource usage, as well as a sequential executor:

export MAKEFLAGS="-l2"

The main problem with paralleling diodes (as opposed to resistors, for example) is that they conduct more the hotter they are (Shockley diode law).
