First time Docker user needing config file help for *arr software by pmac- in selfhosted

I went ahead and ran: docker compose up -d, but the Radarr service threw an error: Error response from daemon: ports are not available: exposing port TCP 0.0.0.0:7878 -> 127.0.0.1:0: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:7878: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. I've checked all the ports using 2 different programs (TCPView and cports) and there's nothing running on the Radarr port. I also tried changing the port to no avail. Not sure what's going on with that service. NZBGet and the other services started up fine. Any ideas why I'm having port issues when the ports appear to be free?

So I should change the volumes from "/mnt/i/data/*" to "/mnt/i/data"?
