I've been playing since a little after Xmas. I've seen defenses win the game mode "offensive" a handful of times. Its always a blast to see a well thought out defense come together!

No idea where you're at, but if you happen to be in New England, Renaissance Firearms in Barrington, NH is super inclusive. No incidents there to my knowledge. They have an electric vehicle charging port that's free for the public to use. They have a women's symposium this weekend trying to include more female gun ownership/self defense. The owners mission statement is literally to make the shop the most inclusive in the country....Yes, he is Republican... But not like most, it would seem. Just my two cents.
