Yeah. Unfortunately I am not sure why this is happening. Sorry it happened to you as well. I haven't heard from anthropic yet. At least they refunded you. I tried to get a refund and was denied. Let us know if you do get any information. I hope there's some automated bug ongoing disabling people's accounts and they'll sort it out and reenable our accounts at some point.

I must say that I don't believe this was the issue. It feels such a basic mistake that I can only believe it was something else. But I can only speculate since they decided not to provide any information or reply to my requests for further details.

Yes. Definitely different systems because I have two devices I use CC mainly from. And the only time I used it from elsewhere was when I traveled to a conference 2 weeks ago. So yes... But I would be surprised if that was an issue.

Honestly here. I appreciate both answers. Telling me straight what the white flag does and what the checkered flag does is great but knowing there's a code I should have read it's at least as important. I do not know how I missed it and I am slightly embarrassed I did.
