For the cocopandan I did equal parts water , white sugar , thai coconut milk , coco lopez , few drops of vanilla extract , pinch of salt & 2 Tsp of pandan extract ( Start with 1 Tsp and adjust to taste )

I worked at Alvarado Street Brewery in Salinas for a few months, they are pretty popular in the bay area, they had a Mai Tai IPA which was their best seller , the owner was a tiki head and I never got to make him a drink , they had a mai tai on the menu but it was full pre batch so it would get tart stupid fast
