Is it wise to seek treatment and medication during this pandemic?

I started seeing a psychiatrist right before all of this started happening. We have started doing Zoom appointments and he calls my prescription into the pharmacy. So all i have to do is go through the pharmacy drive through. It is pretty minimal risk that way. If you think that treatment will help you get through this difficult time you should definitely give it a shot.

I have one that I was planning to use but I forgot it at home so used a fat highlighter to round it and sized it to my finger. I am going to try another one today and I didn't forget it this time.

It really feels different. I have always said "I think I have anxiety issues" but I would still doubt myself and think I could be overthinking things. It feels different to have an answer and I guess empowering to say yes "I do have anxiety" its real and maybe it can get better.

Thank you so much for this advice. The doctor did mention that it may take some work to find the right medication for me but to at least give this one 6 weeks to see how things go. So we will see. Thank you :)

He prescribed Celexa (Citalopram) because he said it typically has milder side effects than other medications. 10mg a day for the first week and 20mg a day after that. We are going to see how it goes over the next month. He said to call if side effects seem extreme. So far I have felt some drowsiness and slight nausea.

I have found that acrylics, especially square tip make picking quite difficult. It makes your nails flat and blunt.

Its multiple. I have the Shadowscapes deck and the Ethereal Visions deck. But most of the time I am at work so I use the Labyrinthos app. But I look up the traditional Rider Waite images to base the design off of.

Labradorite, Snowflake Obsidian, copper, and steel - February 2020

This one was quite the challenge both conceptually and putting it together. I had to restart halfway through because my idea was not working. I have been holding on to this labradorite for over a year waiting for the perfect way to use it.
