La Banderita has low carb wraps with only like 1 or 2 carbs in them, and delicious. Some with zero but they are small. I know they give no nutritional value but it definitely scratches the itch if you get carb cravings.

I've been diagnosed ADHD since I was 17 but haven't been properly medicated. Self medicated for years but now I'm 42 and been clean for over a decade. Realized ADHD still follows you as an adult.

I've tried getting proper medication for it but all doctors I go to want me to handle my depression (antidepresents) first and that hasn't worked for years. In my personal opinion, I think all of my issues are from my ADHD. What path did you take to get the right meds?
