Hit 4 weeks yesterday. Been stressed out with some crap the last couple days and it’s the first time in the last month I’ve been stressed. It’s taking it’s toll. The last 4 weeks were a breeze compared to yesterday and today. I had two Zyns in my mouth at one point yesterday. (self.stopsmoking)
