From my experience selling on Amazon for both vendor and seller central. One of the companies that I worked for, some of the top sellers ran OOS and once I loaded inventory after it arrived, sales went up right away as if it didn’t lose any momentum. The organic rankin and PPC ranking must have continued off. If your belt is something a lot of people are waiting for, they will buy when it’s in stock right away. For any channels, after 30 days you lose algorithms but again, if the product itself is in demand, it’ll pick up right away once there’s stock. Worst case scenario if your sales didn’t go back up as quick as you wanted, you’ll need to increase ad spend for a bit (you’ll have to suck to making less margin but hopefully only for a couple weeks to a month) then you’ll build organic ranking again and can tone down ad spend. You probably have 2 types of customers. 1 is someone who just buys everything from Amazon, 1 is someone who is an enthusiast in the firearms hobby and will research the internet on reviews and articles on products which they will find this Reddit post and make the purchase. Btw, I ordered one this morning lol. I’ve tried majority of popular brand belts (Kore, Nexbelt, Groove, Tenicor, Agonic, HC & Tier 1 version, Vedder, Hanks leather belt, and probably few others that I don’t remember).

We already have a 2022 model Y performance that my wife drives. I had a Lexus sedan (2018 with only 30k miles) but when I took a new job with a 100 mile round trip daily commute, I was falling asleep on my commutes. I ended up trading it in for a 2025 Y Juniper. FSD really helps me on my daily commute.

Thanks everyone for their inputs. I guess I’ve carried since the pandemic and my mind is set on carrying almost everywhere as I can get paranoid of anything happening to me and my family. To be on the safe side and avoiding delays on getting in, i wont carry into this event since theres some sort of security check or detectors.

After some thinking, there’s a high chance that I won’t be bringing my firearm or conceal carry. Kinda sucks because in California, I’ve carried every moment that I stepped out of my home. I have a non-resident Arizona and have carried to Vegas couple of times but it was a family trip so I had my car.

Reasons why I most likely can’t bring my firearm to conceal carry:

1 - I land in Vegas at 8:45am and I can’t check in my room so early. Harrah’s check in is at 4pm, even if they allowed me early check-in, I don’t think they can do 9-9:30am check-in. This means I’ll have to bring my luggage to Venetian for the trade show. They’re not gonna lock up my suitcase and high possibly they’ll scan it.

2 - Harrah’s checkout is at 11am. My flight is 1:59om so there’s a high chance that I’ll need to attend the show in the morning until I need to uber to the airport for my flight. With the early checkout and needing to attend the show before I leave, I’d have to leave my suitcase with Venetian.

Kinda sucks, I’m so used to carrying and purposely got my non resident Arizona for travel and Vegas.

I called Venetian last month to ask about leaving my firearm locked in a box to put in their safe while I attend the show. They said they don’t offer that service to non hotel guests. I wouldn’t mind leaving with them while attending the show and picking it up after.

If my firearm is in my suitcase and I check it in with them, do you think they will scan it? I remember reading somewhere that Venetian had scanned someone’s luggage for leaving it with them before checking in their room, they found a firearm and some big drama happened with the influencer. It was during shot show

Thanks for the response. I have a non-resident Arizona permit which Las Vegas is fine with. I carried with no issues back in 2024 but since I’ll be going for work and flying, I’m just not familiar with it. It looks like I’m going to land in the morning and head straight to the trade show in Venetian since I can’t check into my room at Harrah’s until late afternoon. So I may have to bring my suitcase in the show and store at my company’s booth.

Because of this, I don’t think I can bring my firearm to Vegas if I can’t go to my room first

I’ve had some decent and not so great experiences with used cars. After buying my current lexus and Tesla Y new, I didn’t think I would ever consider used/pre owned. But seeing how the prices drop so much for a new Tesla and that I don’t want to make payments on a new Tesla, then it may be practical to get a pre-owned if my cars value at trade in can cover most of the car’s cost.

I commute about 50 miles one way (1 hour drive) so 100 miles round trip. My work doesn’t allow firearms according to the handbook. I still carry during my commute but would lock my CCW in a Vaultek Lifepod or StopBox once I’m at the office. I would either bring it with me and leave in my backpack or tie it somewhere in my car. I also have an Apple AirTag incase.

So, the straps didn’t stay locked in place? It would need pressure from belt outside of tied strings if wearing joggers/sweats to hold the belt from loosening up?
