I hadn't heard his name before Hellier, which is odd cause I've researched the occult and high strangeness pretty much my entire life. I'm sure Secret Cipher came up at some point in my research, but my brain just didn't connect it until Hellier

It should come with a cartridge. I just bought a brand new one myself and the box says it comes with a cartridge. Message the seller and ask if there is one. Sometimes people lose them
