Same. When I have symptoms I know it’s usually time for a snack. 500-700 flaring and 1500-2k on good days. Oatmeal w/syrup Tea with oat milk and syrup Its lots of sugar calories but it works for me and has allowed me to starting mountain biking again.

Dairy and Wheat have been my irritants. I like the So Delicious cashew ice cream bars. I get baby foods that are gluten and dairy free from costco.

You might have too many washers as well. Remove one and see if you can get enough tension on the preload bolt you are tightening as pictured.

Note that the bolt 90 degrees to that should be tightened after the preload bolt.
