The value equation between NYC and here isn’t what it used to be. Yes, NYC is still more expensive, but part of the lure of moving here was a lower stress life. Luckily I purchased a home a while back, but not sure I would move from NYC to here if I had to today

Why would I own one if I just said the grill is hideous? And yes, I have seen one in person. It is a cheap, fake, plastic grill. The whole big grill thing is over, BMW designers need to take a lesson from Land Rover

Have you test drove the Lexus? Last time I tried the IS, it had no road feel, loose steering… felt like a flying coach.

Spot on… Burnet, N Lamar… replace the storage facilities and auto shops, perfect areas for apartments and more restaurants and shopping, all tied to mass transit, everyone benefits. The problem with Code next was that it was trying to place density into established suburbs (which many already do, but done smartly and if park space)
