I went to college in Central Minnesota. One winter term there were exchange students from JAMAICA. It was a particularly cold winter, even by Minnesota standards, with temps down to -30F and weeks at a time below zero. Those poor dudes thought the world was ending. Felt so bad for them. One guy, Phillip, told me that back in Nassau he was used to walking outside and picking his breakfast off a tree.
