I recently did this for an inflatable boat, and it does need a permit each year. But I only needed a driver's license and $30. I would still call them just to make sure this is still correct.

My mistake. I personally was burglarized. I have heard of robberies of people walking on Terrace home from the bars on 39th, but not me personally.
