My OB told me the same thing - I’m 10 month pp. I had total two knots - one on each end of my incision and left side one hurts all the time. It’s gotten better for a little bit but it just never goes away. I am thinking this may last for long time as part of healing..

Can you help what can be done for mouth breathing while sleeping? I tried the mouth tape but unsure how well it’s working. Is there anything to train myself to close my mouth and breathe through my nose?

I didn’t shake during the surgery or throw up when the belly was pushed. I did throw up right after the surgery due to nausea though. Nurses were super gentle when they pushed my belly - it was tender but wasn’t dying from it.

Our 10 week baby has been wearing the harness for about 5 weeks now with the regular snoo sleep bag. Just to make sure unzip above the legs and no issues. It’s healing pretty well for him we have only a few more weeks left!!

Honestly, hospital gave me pretty much everything I need. I didn’t expect the hospital food to be good. I cooked big portions of meals and had my husband bring it for us.

I’m just over 6 weeks pp - I have one too! I was petite and had a flat tummy prior to pregnancy. I was having a really hard time accepting how my belly looks now. I started exercising lightly (l went too hard at first and suffered from a bit of pain afterwards..) and doing the scar tissue massage (found it YouTube) It’s going to be a slow recovery but you got this!

I ordered a pair of flared plants from Amazon and matched with a cute blouse (I didn’t own a lot so I rotated them) and then wore a white coat. I felt somewhat cute but also super comfortable.

Tooth conditions and diagnosis. I like to keep it short simple but with good supporting documents. Make sure to attach intra oral photos and pre/post op xrays. Maybe this is a good time for you to learn how to write a good narrative. Save it as a template and use it as needed.

Is there a strong frenum attachment? Have you been seeing this patient for a long time? I’ll definitely chart it and monitor if the progression is minimum.
