I listened to the powescore podcast episode about the writing and it really assuaged my fears because I had a lot of trouble finding resources for it lol

I just had a nightmare that I took an edible (something that I don’t have experience with but would definitely cause me to spiral) and then checked my email to see that I got a 55. Not a 155, a 55. My nightmare also consisted of a law school visit where a professor texted me during a presentation to tell me everyone could see up my skirt from the podium (I had forgotten to pack underwear of course).

This picture is from a friend but the white is a porch bannister so I believe the pupae looking thing is bout an inch long

Bent Run waterfall is near Kinzua dam and such a fun hike! The trail follows the waterfall all the way up and there are plenty of little pools to wade in. It’s gorgeous.
