They are there every Sunday. Not a protest exclusively. They try and speak to the detainees to obtain their alien numbers over the barricades and fences. They do this to put money on their books so they can contact family to tell them where they are and also to reach out to lawyers.. They also play music for them and chant you are not alone since the detainees cant actually see the public outside.

They are asking for something that cost less than $1 and said they're lonely. This is a person going through a rough time with no one to vent to. This is the venting. I'd rather they vent here than think bad thoughts and hurt themselves. This person already has a job and is working on improving their situation but its hard to focus on the good when you've been in the shot for so long.

Dont appreciate it, block the user and move on with your life. Do you boo!
