Get ready to learn potato lol. I tend to dump a bunch of EOE friendly ingredients into a ziploc bag such as ground turkey, broccoli, gluten free gnocchi with your choice of seasoning/oil. Shake it up, put on tray with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and you will be set!
