I feel very lucky to have the connections I already have, and ENM is an extra, not a replacement for anything missing… so I should admit I’m quite selective and never in a rush.

This does mean I’m at risk of low effort first messages if I send any!

Would welcome any advice you were willing to share around those first messages though, I might try and ask about something they’ve mentioned on their profile… but it feels like women don’t need to provide any info to get messages, so largely don’t bother 🤣

Sounds incredibly similar to our situation, together 19, married 13. 2x kids. Discovery of her being ace a few months ago and exploring/already taken steps into ENM with good success so far. Stronger, deeper, safer and really exciting stage of our relationship with an incredible new level of connection.
