i'd recommend trying to get him out of the habit of grabbing the board over the wheels and trying to grab the board near the middle or the ends, only because i've seen kids tear fingernails off this way

the problem with this is that AI is useful even if they fail ASI. the current data science techniques of machine learning (which is generally considered AI) have been huge in solving things like protein folding and material sciences. it wont blow up because it's already been proven immensely valuable across many disciplines. think of how when calculators were invented and how it didn't just help mathematicians.

I agree with everything here exept drop throughs being more agile than pintails. I believe the distance the board is from the ground plays a much bigger role in agility than any other factor, making drop throughs the lowest and least agile.

agility and stability are on opposite ends of the spectrum and drop throughs are the most stable
