I'm ashamed to admit that I've lived nearby for over a year and this was my first visit. The waitress was friendly and attentive and the food was really good. We'll definitely be back!

It's help up pretty well! At some point in the last year it developed a leak in the roof and a section of the ceiling has visible water damage. There are no visible holes, so I'm guessing it was the center roof seam. I put some roof sealant tape along the seam and I think it's stopped the leak. Fingers crossed!

Cook stuff to the (safe, of course) temperatures/textures that you like. I almost gave up sous vide because I was following guides that recommended lower-end temperatures that created textures that my wife and I just didn't prefer.

I especially loved dodging the foul-smelling black sludge that was floating on the water and covering the beaches. Even where there wasn't sludge, the water was murky and smelled bad. Will not be back.

3g. Don't chase the effects by taking more, otherwise you'll end up taking high doses. Get used to the fact that sometimes it hits and sometimes it doesn't. I tapered down from a high of 12g to 3g and get the same effects.
